Banana Smoothie - Serves 4

  • 2 cups (500 ml) milk 
  • 2 large bananas roughly chopped
  • ½ cup (125g) plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 scoops (140g) Enprocal
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method:

Place milk, bananas, yoghurt, caster sugar and cinnamon into blender. Add scoops of Enprocal and ice. Blend until smooth.

Blended Caramel Mocha Recipe

  • 1½ cups (375ml) cold coffee (instant is fine)
  • 1½ cups (375g) chocolate ice cream
  • 4 scoops (140g) Enprocal
  • 30ml caramel topping
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional) to garnish

Method:

Add coffee to blender, sprinkle in Enprocal, add ice cream and caramel topping.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into glasses over crushed ice.  Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with a little more caramel topping.

Strawberry Smoothie - Serves 4

  • 2 punnets (250g) strawberries
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 250g plain yogurt
  • 4 scoops (140g) Enprocal
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method:

Add the milk, yogurt, sugar and strawberries to a blender, sprinkle in Enprocal, add ice and blend until smooth.

Iced Coffee - Serves 4

  • 4 cups (1 litre) of cold milk
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 4 scoops (140g) Enprocal 
  • 6 tablespoons of coffee and chicory flavouring (or instant coffee, dissolved)
  • Whipped cream (optional) to garnish

Method:

Add coffee and milk to blender, sprinkle in Enprocal and blend.  Pour into glasses.  Add ice cream and top with whipped cream.

Mango Tango frappe - Serves 4

  • Flesh of two ripe mangoes
  • 3 cups (750mls) chilled orange juice
  • 4 scoops (140g) Enprocal
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 4 cups ice cubes

Method:

Add mango, lemon juice and orange juice to blender and sprinkle in Enprocal. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.

 

Sprinkle your morning cereal with some Enprocal to get more vitamins and minerals from your breakfast.

Fortified milk - for use on cereals and in coffees and teas

Method:

  1. Add one level scoop of Enprocal* per 150ml of fresh milk.
  2. Mix with stick blender or whisk vigorously until powder is fully blended
  3. Refrigerate and keep covered when not in use
  4. Gently stir before each use
  5. Discard unused milk within 48 hours or less, in accordance with site practices

Strawberry Mousse – Serves 5

  • 400ml full cream milk
  • 90g strawberry mousse pre-mix powder
  • 70g Enprocal

Method:

Pour milk into a large bowl. 
Mix the strawberry mousse pre-mix powder with Enprocal, and sprinkle powder into milk. Mix with beaters on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
Separate the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for 3-5 hours to set.

 

 

 

Who doesn’t love custard? Boost your calcium intake by adding Enprocal into the mix!

Custard with Rhubarb – Serves 4

40g regular custard powder
20g sugar
350ml full cream milk
105g Enprocal (3 scoops)
4 teaspoons stewed rhubarb

Method:

Make a custard paste by combining the regular custard powder, sugar and 100ml full cream milk.
Blend until smooth, then set aside. In a saucepan, bring another 250ml full cream milk to the boil. Reduce heat. Add the custard paste to the heated milk, and stir or whisk constantly until custard thickens. Remove from heat and let cool for one minute, and stir or whisk in 105g Enprocal. Divide into four serves and add a teaspoon of stewed rhubarb to each bowl.

 

Add some nutrition to your dessert – textures such as chocolate mousse is ideal for Enprocal. 

Chocolate Mousse – Serves 5

400ml full cream milk
90g chocolate mousse pre-mix powder
70g Enprocal

Method:

Pour milk into a large bowl. 
Mix the chocolate mousse pre-mix powder with Enprocal, and sprinkle powder into milk. Mix with beaters on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
