Chocolate Custard
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 ½ tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 sachet Enprocal Repair
Method:
- Place milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat.
- Place Enprocal Repair, egg yolk, sugar, cocoa and cornflour into a bowl and mix until it forms a paste. Slowly add the heated milk mixture to the bowl whilst continuously mixing. Once mixed well, pour the custard mixture back into the saucepan.
- On a medium to low heat, constantly stir the mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture has thickened.
- Serve and enjoy or store in the fridge for later.
