Chocolate Custard

1 serve | 1 serve of Enprocal Repair | Prep 10 minutes | Cooking 5 minutes


  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 ½ tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 sachet Enprocal Repair


  1. Place milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat.
  2. Place Enprocal Repair, egg yolk, sugar, cocoa and cornflour into a bowl and mix until it forms a paste. Slowly add the heated milk mixture to the bowl whilst continuously mixing. Once mixed well, pour the custard mixture back into the saucepan.
  3. On a medium to low heat, constantly stir the mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture has thickened.
  4. Serve and enjoy or store in the fridge for later.
