Chocolate Mousse


  • 135g cold water
  • 90g Whip-It-Up Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • 2 scoops Enprocal (70g)


  1. Mix chocolate mousse powder and Enprocal with water into mixing bowl. Mix on low speed for one minute.
  2. Scrape down sides, ensuring powder is not stuck to walls. Mix on high for five minutes.
  3. Separate mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for 3-5 hours to set.
