Enprocal

Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet Enprocal Repair
  • ½ cup raw oats (40g)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 100mL milk (for mixing Enprocal Repair)

Method:

  1. Combine oats and 2/3 cup milk in a bowl.
  2. Heat in microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  3. Stir and heat in microwave for another minute.
  4. Whisk 1 sachet Enprocal Repair into 100ml milk.
  5. Pour the Enprocal Repair milk over the cooked porridge and stir in.
  6. Add toppings if desired e.g. honey, chopped fruit, stewed apple, cinnamon.
