Fluffy Pancakes


  • 1 scoop of Enprocal (35g)
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup full cream milk
  • Oil or butter for cooking


  1. Whisk Enprocal with flour, baking powder and eggs. Once combined, slowly add in the milk to mix.
  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil or butter on a non-stick pan, scoop in 1/4 cup of mixture each time. Let pancake cook on medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Ready to serve.
