Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Enprocal (35g)
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup full cream milk
- Oil or butter for cooking
Method:
- Whisk Enprocal with flour, baking powder and eggs. Once combined, slowly add in the milk to mix.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil or butter on a non-stick pan, scoop in 1/4 cup of mixture each time. Let pancake cook on medium heat until golden brown.
- Ready to serve.
