Potato Mash


  • 1 scoop of Enprocal (35g)
  • 500g of potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup full cream milk
  • 1 tbsp chives or parsley


  1. Boil potatoes in pot over medium heat until tender and drain.
  2. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and butter to mixer and mash.
  3. Add Enprocal into the mixer.
  4. Garnish with chives or parsley and serve.
