Potato Mash

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Enprocal (35g)
- 500g of potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup full cream milk
- 1 tbsp chives or parsley
Method:
- Boil potatoes in pot over medium heat until tender and drain.
- Add potatoes, salt, pepper and butter to mixer and mash.
- Add Enprocal into the mixer.
- Garnish with chives or parsley and serve.
