- 135g cold water
- 90g Whip-It-Up Strawberry Mousse Powder
- 2 scoops Enprocal (70g)
- Mix strawberry mousse powder and Enprocal with water into mixing bowl. Mix on low speed for one minute.
- Scrape down sides, ensuring powder is not stuck to walls. Mix on high for five minutes.
- Separate mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for 3-5 hours to set.
